Brand-New Modern 2BR Villa w/ Private Pool, Furnished, and Quiet Lane

About this home

A compact, well-considered two-bedroom villa available from late October 2026, sitting on a quiet residential lane with easy car access and genuinely peaceful surroundings. The layout makes smart use of 75 square metres of built space, with a private swimming pool as the centrepiece of the outdoor area. Weekly pool care, weekly cleaning, trash collection, banjar fees and WiFi are all included in the rate, with bike parking on site, so you can move in and settle straight into a Bali rhythm without the admin overhead. The kitchen is fitted with an electric stove and microwave, the villa comes fully furnished, and the minimum term is three months with the owner open to discussing longer arrangements. At IDR 60,000,000 for the three-month minimum term, or IDR 210,000,000 for a full year paid upfront, with a security deposit of IDR 10,000,000, this is a clean, low-fuss rental in a well-connected pocket of the island that suits couples, remote workers, or anyone wanting a private base without sacrificing convenience.
