Modern 1BR Apartment w/ Shared Pool, Fibre Internet, and All Utilities Included

About this home

A fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with 43 m² built. It sits in a small collection of just eight units, set around a large shared pool with outdoor lounge seating. The interior is bright and modern. There's an open kitchen set up for everyday cooking, air-conditioning throughout and a terrazzo bathroom. Teak-and-rattan cabinetry gives it warmth. The real draw is that everything is handled. Electricity, drinking water, cooking gas, 400mbps fibre, and the banjar fee and trash collection are all included. So is housekeeping twice a week, with fresh linen and towels weekly. It's on a quiet residential lane, yet only a couple of minutes' walk from the café and social strip. The beach is a short ride away. Move-in ready and low-maintenance, we think it works well for anyone staying a month or longer.
