Ask the question before you need the answer
Succession is the scenario least discussed at purchase and most consequential afterwards. The relevant clause is short and costs nothing to include at signing; reconstructing a position afterwards, from another country, in another language, is expensive and often impossible.

If it is a leasehold with an assignment clause, or shares in a company, generally yes. Under a nominee arrangement, they inherit a claim against a person, not a property.
