Ubud Riverside Estate Villas

About this home

A boutique riverside collection of just five estate villas on the banks of a river in the jungle hills of Bali’s cultural highlands, a short drive from the town’s restaurants, galleries and wellness studios. The estates are the most space-led homes in the wider collection, each set on a generous private plot with a large terrace, a planted garden and a water-feature pond, and panoramic outlooks over the tropical tree line. Villas come on a 30-year lease with a further 30-year extension option (not assured until confirmed in writing) against a prepaid deposit, in an Orange R-4 tourism zone that allows both short-stay holiday lets and long-term rental. The whole estate is gated and staffed around the clock, with a reception and parking, and a leading local company runs the rentals so owners can hold the villa as a hands-off income asset or a private riverside base. Two villas are currently available, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
