A design-led aparthotel of 58 turnkey residences built for surf and lifestyle travellers, a three-minute walk from the beach on Bali's west coast. Studios, one-bedroom apartments, a honeymoon suite and a two-bedroom presidential suite come fully furnished and equipped, with views across the volcano, ocean, rice fields and river. The aparthotel is managed by an international hotel operator. Residences are leasehold to 2053, about 26 years from handover, with a priority right to extend for a further 30 years, on tourism-zoned (pink) land. Structural elements carry a 10-year warranty and finishes one year. Handover is targeted for Q2 2027. The developer projects passive income of up to 15% a year, shared as an estimate for guidance only. Payment options run from full payment to a 50/25/25 schedule or 30% down with equal quarterly instalments until handover.
