About this home

A row of nine off-plan one-bedroom pool villas from a Spanish-led boutique developer, offered at an early-entry price ahead of completion. Each villa is finished in a warm, terracotta-toned tropical minimalist style, with a compact two-storey layout opening onto a private plunge pool and fully furnished throughout down to the fixtures. Land plots run from roughly 42 to 56 square metres across the nine units, with staged payments from signing through to handover and a 12-month structural warranty once construction wraps. Set a short drive from Melasti, Balangan and Bingin beaches and a cluster of yoga studios, gyms and cafes nearby, with the airport under 40 minutes away. Full pricing, floor plans and the developer track record are shared with qualified buyers through Balibound Realty.
