Seseh Wellness Pool Villas

About this home

A boutique collection of six two-bedroom, two-bathroom private-pool villas on Bali's south-west coast, close to the beach. Every villa shares the same architecture: a detached living, dining and kitchen pavilion facing a private pool, and a two-storey bedroom wing, each set on its own individually landscaped plot (plots range 129-145 sqm, builds 79-83 sqm). Residents share access to an on-site wellness center, a genuine point of difference for a development this size. All six villas are identically priced. Leasehold tenure on land the local government has already confirmed for tourism use, with the building permit currently in process. Expected completion Q3 2027.
