About this home

Perched on the southern cliffs with open ocean, jungle, and sunset views in every direction, this four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa delivers a rental experience that is genuinely hard to match on the island. The rooftop patio and private pool sit above a 227-square-metre open-plan layout finished in a clean tropical-minimalist style, with European appliances, a gas stove, and a fully stocked kitchen ready from day one. Every utility is covered in the monthly rate, including weekly housekeeping, laundry, linen, pool maintenance, gardener, WiFi, gas, and 24-hour on-site security, so tenants arrive and simply live. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, co-working spaces, spas, and beach clubs are just a few minutes away by car, keeping the cliffside quiet without sacrificing convenience. Available from July 2026, the villa suits couples, families, or remote-working professionals who want a fully managed home with genuine panoramic views and zero operational headaches. Monthly terms are available from one to twelve months, and the team is open to discussing longer arrangements.
