Modern 1BR Apartment w/ Shared Pool, Fibre Internet & All Utilities Included

About this home

A fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in a boutique collection of just eight, built around a large shared pool with outdoor lounge seating. The 43 m² interior is bright and modern: an open kitchen equipped for everyday cooking, air-conditioning throughout, a terrazzo bathroom, and teak-and-rattan cabinetry that keeps it warm rather than clinical. What makes this one easy is everything that's already handled — electricity, drinking water, cooking gas and 400mbps fibre are all included, along with twice-weekly housekeeping and weekly fresh linen and towels. You're tucked into a quiet residential lane yet only a couple of minutes' walk from the café and social strip, with the beach a short ride away. Furnished and move-in ready, it suits anyone wanting a low-maintenance base for a month or longer.
