Modern 1BR Apartment w/ Shared Pool, Outdoor Lounge & All Utilities Included

About this home

A fully furnished one-bedroom apartment, part of a boutique set of eight arranged around a generous shared pool and sun-loungers. At 46 m² it's a comfortable, light-filled layout with a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, a terrazzo bathroom and teak-and-rattan joinery throughout. The appeal is how little you have to think about — electricity, drinking water, cooking gas and 400mbps fibre are all in the rent, with housekeeping twice a week and linen and towels refreshed weekly. It sits on a quiet lane a two-minute walk from the café and beach-club strip, with the sand a short ride away. Move-in ready and furnished, it's an easy long-stay option from a month upward.
