What each trades
- Pererenan — closest substitute, still walkable in parts, rice fields remaining.
- Seseh — quieter again, fewer amenities, black sand beach.
- Tabanan — most space per rupiah, least convenience.
- Sanur — calm and established, east coast, no surf culture.
