What you trade
These three sit within a few kilometres of each other and feel nothing alike. Berawa buys you walkability and proximity at the cost of noise and price. Pererenan buys you quiet and space at the cost of driving to most things. Umalas buys you calm and family infrastructure at the cost of beach access.
Distance is the wrong measure here. A four-kilometre journey can take twelve minutes or forty depending on the hour, and that difference decides how a place feels to live in far more than the rent does.
