Five Bedrooms Framed in Glass, Facing a Banana Grove

About this home

A grove facing five bedroom villa, the first of a two unit signature release in a coastal creative-wellness community, held freehold. Floor to ceiling glass frames the banana grove, black African wood and volcanic stone carry the finish palette, and completion is estimated for Q3 2026. Every room in this villa is designed around one setting: a scenic banana grove, framed floor to ceiling in glass. It is the first of two signature villas in the most exclusive release of its series inside a coastal creative-wellness community, carrying forward an architectural language of contemporary lines with traditional Balinese accents and open plan living. The finish palette leans dark and natural, black African wood against volcanic stone, and the whole interior can be shaped to the buyer during the build. Construction technology matches the standards of the earlier collection: seismic resistant structures, advanced waterproofing, energy efficient systems, and a water collection and treatment system. Tenure is freehold, the most flexible structure available in the area, with pricing from USD 1,800,000. Payment terms are flexible, including cryptocurrency, with an initial payment discount of 40 to 50 percent, and completion is estimated for Q3 2026.
