Three Private Villas Around One Pool, Ready Now

About this home

A newly completed, turnkey boutique hotel a short walk from the beach on Bali’s southern coast. Three fully furnished private villas, each with its own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, wrap around a shared pool, finished in 2026 in a warm Japanese-Balinese style on a 25 + 25 year leasehold. Fully operational and ready to run from day one, offered whole at USD 250,000. This is a newly completed, turnkey boutique hotel in the south of Bali, a short walk from one of the last quiet, pristine beaches in the area, with a reef break for surfing and open sunset views. A clifftop temple is about five minutes away and a well-known surf beach around ten. The property is three individual villas set around a shared pool. Each villa is a self-contained key of roughly 35 m² with its own bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, for about 105 m² of built space on a 244 m² plot. The design is a warm Japanese-Balinese style — peaked timber roofs, natural stone, rattan and full-height glazing that opens each villa onto the garden and pool. It is fully furnished and operational, ready to run from day one. It sits on a leasehold running 25 years from November 2025, with a further 25-year extension available (extension terms to be agreed with the landowner). Land is in a yellow (residential) zone with PLN electricity and PDAM government water. A pondok wisata (tourism accommodation) licence is in progress and expected within two to three months. The owner has just begun renting the villas, so trading accounts are not yet available; the owner’s early projection is in the region of IDR 60 million per month in revenue. A buyer can run it as a small boutique hotel, operate the three keys as short-stay rentals, or hold it as a private compound — with the numbers to be modelled against their own operating plan.
