Ubud Riverside Jungle Resort Villas

About this home

A design-led boutique resort of just 23 units set on a jungle river in the heart of Bali's cultural highlands, walkable to the town's restaurants, markets and cultural landmarks. Statement tropical-boho architecture pairs deep-green walls, arched alcoves and timber-beamed ceilings with sunken lounges, open-air feature bathtubs and lush planting throughout. The mix runs from boutique resort suites with balconies and shared infinity-pool access, to direct swim-up suites, to one and two-bedroom villas each with a private pool. Amenities include a 26-metre resort infinity pool with a sunken pool bar, an on-site restaurant and lobby lounge, and spa and massage services, all run by a five-star operator with an existing 85%-occupancy resort track record. Held on a 25-year leasehold with a 10-year extension option and an 18-month interest-friendly payment plan; construction starts September 2026 with handover around early 2028. Floor plans, exact availability, renders and pricing are shared with qualified buyers through Balibound Realty.
