In 2025, run largely hands-off and with effectively no marketing, it still produced about IDR 3.41 billion of revenue and roughly IDR 947 million net. On a straight pro-rata 33% share, that is an estimated USD 19,000 to 26,000 a year against the USD 250,000 entry, an unlevered yield of roughly 8 to 10 percent before any of the upside below. The gap between an actively marketed year and an unattended one, about a billion rupiah of revenue, is the incoming partner's upside as much as the owner's. Switching marketing back on, building a direct-booking website and pushing the restaurant lifts both sides of the equity. It is offered as a joint venture on an operating asset, with the option to help run it or hold it as a largely passive minority stake.
