Uluwatu 2BR Atrium Pool Villas

About this home

A gated cluster of three fully furnished two-bedroom pool villas on a quiet hillside close to the beaches, beach clubs and surf of Bali’s southern tip, handing over September 2027. Each villa pairs modern tropical architecture with a laid-back resort feel: an open-plan living, dining and kitchen level, a dramatic two-level skylight atrium that pulls light and greenery deep into the home, a sunken outdoor lounge and a spa-style open bathtub. Every bedroom opens to its own private garden, and an elevated first-floor deck wraps a laguna-style infinity pool at the heart of the plan. Fully furnished and styled with kitchen appliances, linens and décor, with private parking, a five-year structural warranty and optional full villa management, built for comfortable living and strong rental appeal. Held on a 24-year leasehold with a 30-year extension. Priced at USD 235,000.
